基于智慧树平台的“翻转课堂”在口腔正畸学课程中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的以线上线下一流本科课程建设为目标,提出口腔正畸学课程教学设计研究,提升课程内涵,解决课程与课堂客观矛盾,构建优质课程,创新课程理念、内容和模式,打造“金课”,形成以学生学习为中心的教与学,使其教学模式在高校口腔专业课教学中得到进一步的应用与推广。方法2020年6月—2021年9月以智慧树教学平台+“翻转课堂”新教学模式,教学研究对象为口腔医学院2017级口腔医学专业学生183名。以传统教学模式,对照研究对象为口腔医学专业2016级学生181名。完成教学任务后,通过发放调查问卷和考核成绩的方法来评估反馈教学实施情况。结果调查问卷对此种线上线下混合式教学的满意度98.36%,对教师提供的教学资源的满意度97.27%,对教师有效安排和利用课堂时间的满意度97.81%,对提升学生自主学习能力的满意度96.72%,对教师授课吸引学生听课的满意度96.17%,对理解本学科知识帮助的满意度96.72%,对提升学生解决问题能力方面的满意度95.08%。课程考核结果发现线上线下混合教学模式研究组形成性考核成绩为(28.7±3.71)分,理论课考核成绩为(59.6±2.69)分,期末考核总成绩为(85.8±4.42)分;与对照组考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于智慧树网络教学平台+“翻转课堂”线上线下混合教学是大学教育教学改革新模式,将碎片化的数字教学资源与传统面授相融合,既突破了时空的限制又保留了人文精神体验,提升口腔正畸学课程教学质量的同时促进学生独立思考,创造性、创新性思维能力的培养。 Objective Aiming at the construction of online and offline first-class undergraduate courses,this paper proposes a research on the teaching design of the course Orthodontics.Improve the connotation of the curriculum,solve the objective contradiction between the curriculum and the classroom,build a high-quality curriculum,and innovate the curriculum concept,content and mode,create a"golden course",form a teaching and learning centered on student learning,and make its teaching model further applied and promoted in the teaching of dental professional courses in colleges and universities.Methods From June 2020 to September 2021,the new teaching model of Wisdom Tree teaching platform+"flipped classroom"was adopted,and the teaching study object was 183 stomatology students majoring in stomatology in 2017.In the traditional teaching mode,the control subjects were 181 students majoring in stomatology in 2016.After completing the teaching task,the teaching implementation situation was evaluated and feedbacked by issuing questionnaires and assessing the results.Results The satisfaction of this online and offline blended teaching was 98.36%,the satisfaction with the teaching resources provided by teachers was 97.27%,and the satisfaction with teachers'effective arrangement and use of classroom time was 97.81%.96.72%satisfaction with improving students'autonomous learning ability,96.17%satisfaction with teachers'teaching and attracting students to attend lectures,and 96.72%satisfaction with understanding the knowledge of the subject.95.08%satisfaction with improving students'problem-solving ability.The results of the course assessment found that the formative assessment score of research group in the online and offline mixed teaching mode was(28.7±3.71)points,the theoretical course assessment score was(59.6±2.69)points,and the final assessment score was(85.8±4.42)points.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The online and offline mixed teaching based on the Wisdom Tree network teaching platform+"flipped classroom"is a new model of university education and teaching reform,which integrates fragmented digital teaching resources with traditional face-to-face teaching.It not only breaks through the limitations of time and space,but also retains the humanistic spiritual experience,improves the teaching quality of the"Orthodontics"course,and promotes the cultivation of students'independent thinking,creative and innovative thinking ability.
