综合健康管理在腰椎间盘突出症手术患者中的实施效果分析

Analysis of the Implementation Effect of Comprehensive Health Management in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation Surgery

目的分析综合健康管理在腰椎间盘突出症手术患者中的实施效果。方法随机抽取2020年6月—2021年6月在该院工作的医务人员中40名为研究对象,按照随机抽样分组法将其分为两组。参比组20名医务人员应用基础方式管理,研究组20名医务人员应用综合健康管理。分析不同组别医务人员管理后的腰椎间盘突出症相关知识了解程度、工作能力、管理满意度。结果在对相关医务人员进行管理后,研究组医务人员的腰椎间盘突出症相关知识了解程度优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医务人员的工作能力强于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对医务人员进行管理时,使用综合健康管理能够丰富医务人员腰椎间盘突出症相关知识,增强其工作能力,提高管理服务质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive health management in patients with lumbar disc herniation surgery.Methods Randomly selected 40 medical staff working in the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random sampling method.20 medical staff in the reference group applied basic management methods,and 20 medical staff in the research group applied comprehensive health management.The knowledge understanding,work ability and management satisfaction of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation after management of medical staff in different groups were analyzed.Results After managing the relevant medical staff,the medical staff in the study group had better knowledge about lumbar disc herniation than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of medical staff in the study group was stronger than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff,the use of comprehensive health management can enrich medical staff's knowledge of lumbar disc herniation,enhance their work ability,and improve the quality of management services.
