产前超声筛查技术规范化管理的效果评估分析

目的分析产前超声筛查技术规范化管理的效果评估。方法随机抽取2020年7月—2021年7月该院8名超声科工作人员进行分析,将其按照随机信封分组法分为两组,各4名。参比组工作人员应用常规方式管理,研究组工作人员应用产前超声筛查技术规范化管理。分析两组超声科工作人员管理后的专业知识了解情况、诊断能力、管理满意度。结果管理后,研究组工作人员的专业知识了解情况优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组工作人员的诊断能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组工作人员的管理满意程度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对超声科工作人员进行管理时,使用产前超声筛查技术规范化管理能够增强工作人员对专业知识的了解,锻炼其诊断能力,提高管理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect evaluation of standardized management of prenatal ultrasound screening technology.Methods 8 staff members of the ultrasound department of the hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were randomly selected for analysis.They were divided into two groups according to the random envelope grouping method,each with 4 staff members.The staff of the reference group were managed by conventional methods,and the staff of the study group were managed by prenatal ultrasound screening technology.The professional knowledge,diagnostic ability and management satisfaction of the two groups of ultrasound department staff after management were analyzed.Results After the management,the professional knowledge of the study group staff was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic ability of the staff of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the staff in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of ultrasound department staff,the standardized management of prenatal ultrasound screening technology can enhance staff's understanding of professional knowledge,exercise their diagnostic ability,and improve management satisfaction.
