摘要
目的探讨以全面质量管理提升医院护理管理质量的研究。方法选取该院2018年10月—2020年10月收治的100例患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组50例,对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组另外给予全面质量管理,比较两组的管理质量、不良事件发生率及患者的睡眠质量。结果观察组管理质量各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士核心能力各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面质量管理在医院护理管理质量中,可提高管理质量,效果理想。
Objective To explore the research on improving the quality of hospital nursing management with total quality management.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given total quality management.The quality of management,incidence of adverse events and sleep quality of patients were compared between the two groups.Results All indicators of management quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of core competence of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Total quality management can improve management quality in hospital nursing management quality,and the effect is ideal.
