Application of Risk Management in Nursing Management of Senile Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨分析护理管理在老年冠心病风险管理中的应用。方法回顾性分析2019年9月—2020年12月长春市南关区怡康园老年公寓对老年冠心病风险管理中进行护理管理人员的26名为研究对象,以时间段分组法将其分为对照组(2019年9月—2020年8月)与观察组(2020年9—12月)。对照组采取传统管理方式,观察组采取护理管理在老年冠心病风险管理中的应用。3个月后,对比两组护理效果的满意度以及护理管理前后操作成绩评分和专业水平评分。结果对照组对护理工作满意度为69.23%,观察组对护理工作满意度为96.15%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.837,P=0.027);护理管理前,两组操作成绩评分和管理成绩评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理管理后,观察组操作成绩评分为(91.8±5.3)分、管理成绩评分为(96.3±6.8)分,对照组操作成绩评分为(81.3±4.8)分、(91.6±7.6)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.487、2.350,P<0.05)。结论风险管理在老年冠心病护理管理中的应用显著提高了管理质量,提高患者的护理满意度,应用价值较高,值得在推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the application of nursing management in elderly coronary heart disease risk management.Methods A retrospective analysis of 26 nursing managers in the risk management of coronary heart disease in the elderly in Yikangyuan elderly apartment,Nanguan District,Changchun from September 2019 to December 2020 was conducted.They were divided into control group(September 2019 to August 2020)and observation group(September to December 2020)by time period grouping method.The control group adopted the traditional management method,and the observation group adopted the application of nursing management in the risk management of elderly coronary heart disease.After 3 months,the satisfaction of nursing effect,operation score and professional level score before and after nursing management were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of nursing work in the control group was 69.23%,and the satisfaction with nursing work in the observation group was 96.15%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.837,P=0.027).Before nursing management,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the operation performance score and management performance score(P>0.05).After nursing management,the operation performance score of the observation group was(91.8±5.3)points,the management performance score was(96.3±6.8)points,and the operation performance scores of the control group were(81.3±4.8)points,(91.6±7.6)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.487,2.350,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in elderly coronary heart disease nursing management can significantly improve the quality of management and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.It has high application value and is worthy of popularization and application.
