护理部质量管理中实施护理流程管理的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Implementing Nursing Process Management in the Quality Management of Nursing Department

目的观察护理部质量管理中实施护理流程管理的效果。方法从2020年7月—2021年7月该院护理部工作的护理人员中随机抽取20名进行分析,将其按照随机信封分组法分为两组。参比组10名护理人员应用基础方式管理,观察组10名护理人员应用护理流程管理。分析两组护理部护理人员管理后的护理相关知识了解情况、护理工作能力、管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组护理人员的护理相关知识了解情况优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的护理工作能力优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用护理流程管理进行护理部质量管理能够丰富护理人员相关知识,增强护理人员护理工作能力,提高管理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of implementing nursing process management in the quality management of nursing department.Methods From July 2020 to July 2021,20 nurses working in the nursing department of the hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the random envelope grouping method.10 nurses in the reference group applied basic management,and 10 nurses in the observation group applied nursing process management.The nursing-related knowledge,nursing work ability and management satisfaction of the nursing staff in the two groups of nursing departments after management were analyzed.Results After management,the nursing staff in the observation group had better understanding of nursing-related knowledge than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing work ability of the nursing staff in the observation group was better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff's satisfaction with the management of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the nursing process management to carry out the quality management of the nursing department can enrich the relevant knowledge of the nursing staff,enhance the nursing work ability of the nursing staff,and improve the management satisfaction.
