风险管理用于肿瘤科护理管理的效果评估分析

Evaluation and Analysis of the Effect of Risk Management on Nursing Management in Oncology Department

目的评估风险管理用于肿瘤科护理管理的效果。方法以2020年7月—2021年7月为研究时间,选取该院肿瘤科工作的护理人员14名进行分析,按照随机分组法分为两组,每组7名。参比组纳入研究者应用基础管理,研究组纳入研究者应用风险管理。分析两组肿瘤科护理人员管理后的肿瘤科相关知识了解情况、工作能力、管理满意度。结果在对肿瘤科护理人员进行管理后,研究组护理人员的肿瘤科相关知识了解情况优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员的工作能力优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对肿瘤科护理人员进行管理时,使用风险管理能够提升护理人员肿瘤科相关认知水平,锻炼护理人员工作能力,提高管理服务质量,建议为研究人员管理时使用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of risk management in oncology nursing management.Methods From July 2020 to July 2021,14 nurses working in the oncology department of the hospital were selected for analysis and were divided into two groups,with 7 in each group.The reference group was included in the researcher's application of basic management,and the study group was included in the researcher's application of risk management.The knowledge,working ability,and management satisfaction of the two groups of oncology nurses after management were analyzed.Results After managing the nurses in the oncology department,the nursing staff in the study group had better understanding of oncology-related knowledge than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of the nursing staff in the study group was better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the patients in charge of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of oncology nursing staff,the use of risk management can improve the nursing staff's cognitive level of oncology,exercise the working ability of nursing staff,and improve the quality of management services,which is recommended for researcher administration.
