无缝隙护理管理在手术室外来器械管理中的应用价值

The Application Value of Seamless Nursing Management in the Management of Incoming Instruments in the Operating Room

目的分析在手术室外来器械管理中应用无缝隙护理管理的价值。方法该院在2020年1—12月开始对手术室外来器械实施无缝隙护理管理,在2019年1—12月针对外来器械实施常规护理管理模式。对照分析无缝隙护理管理前后手术室外来器械使用情况,并对无缝隙护理管理前后手术室外来器械管理效果进行对照分析。结果从手术室外来器械使用情况分析,实施后器械完好率(95.0%)高于实施前(85.2%),器械清洗合格率(95.9%)高于实施前(88.8%),器械准备差错率(0.3%)低于实施前(1.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从手术室外来器械管理效果分析,实施后器械验收标准有效把控率(100.0%)、术后器械去向明确率(99.9%)高于实施前器械验收标准有效把控率(60.5%)、术后器械去向明确率(86.0%),实施后术后器械遗失率(0.2%)低于实施前(4.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于手术室外来器械,无缝隙护理管理使手术操作顺利进行,提高器械管理质量,临床价值显著。

Objective To analyze the value of applying seamless nursing management in the management of incoming instruments in the operating room.Methods From January to December 2020,the hospital began to implement seamless nursing management for the instruments coming from the operating room.From January to December 2019,the routine nursing management model was implemented for foreign devices.The use of instruments from the operating room before and after seamless nursing management was compared and analyzed,and the effect of equipment management in the operating room before and after seamless nursing management was compared and analyzed.Results From the analysis of the use of instruments from the operating room,the intact rate of instruments after implementation(95.0%)was higher than that before implementation(85.2%).The pass rate of instrument cleaning(95.9%)was higher than that before implementation(88.8%).The error rate of device preparation(0.3%)was lower than that before implementation(1.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).From the analysis of the management effect of incoming instruments from the operating room,the effective control rate of instrument acceptance standards after implementation(100.0%)and the clear rate of postoperative device destination(99.9%)were higher than the effective control rate of instrument acceptance standards before implementation(60.5%),and the definite rate of the whereabouts of the posterior device(86.0%).The postoperative device loss rate after the implementation(0.2%)was lower than that before the implementation(4.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the instruments from the operating room,seamless nursing management can make the operation run smoothly,improve the quality of instrument management,and has significant clinical value.
