门诊2型糖尿病患者健康管理中微信的应用价值评估

摘要 目的探究基于微信的健康管理办法在门诊2型糖尿病健康管理中的应用价值体现。方法选取2019年5月—2020年6月该院门诊30名医务工作人员为研究对象,根据不同时间节点分为两组。常规组(2019年5—11月)实施常规健康管理,观察组(2019年12月—2020年6月)采取基于微信的健康管理。同时选取110例2型糖尿病患者参与该次研究,对管理满意度开展评估,分析对比两组管理质量、管理效果、管理办法评分以及管理满意度情况。结果观察组管理质量评分、管理效果评分、管理办法评分、管理满意度均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信的健康管理办法在提升医务人员管理质量、管理效果以及管理满意度方面有着积极影响,同时该管理办法具有较强的可行性,适合推广。 Objective To explore the application value of WeChat-based health management methods in outpatient type 2 diabetes health management.Methods A total of 30 medical staff in the outpatient department of the hospital from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to different time points.The routine group(May to November 2019)implemented routine health management,and the observation group(December 2019 to June 2020)adopted WeChat-based health management.At the same time,110 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected to participate in the study,and the management satisfaction was evaluated.The management quality,management effect,management method score and management satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The management quality score,management effect score,management method score,management satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health management method based on WeChat has a positive impact on improving the management quality,management effect and management satisfaction of medical staff.At the same time,the management method has strong feasibility and is suitable for promotion.
