绩效考核对急诊护士工作倦怠及护理质量的影响研究

Effect of Performance Appraisal on Job Burnout and Nursing Quality of Emergency Nurses

目的深入分析和思考绩效考核对于急诊护士工作倦怠以及护理质量情况的综合评定效果。方法该研究随机抽取2019年1月—2020年6月期间该医院急诊科护士60名作为研究对象,并且通过随机分组的方式将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30名。通过针对对照组护士采用常规考核的方式,针对观察组护士采用绩效考核的方式,对比两组护士对于工作的倦怠情况以及护理质量的情况。结果观察组中,护士所具有的基础护理能力、特殊护理能力、重点环节护理能力以及急救药品管理评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时观察组中护士的情绪衰竭评分、个人成就感评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对急诊护士采用科学有效的绩效管理方案确实可以提高护理的整体质量,同时也可以避免护士在日常工作开展过程中出现职业倦怠的情况,在未来的绩效考核工作当中更加值得推广和应用。

Objective To analyze and think deeply about the comprehensive evaluation effect of performance appraisal on job burnout and nursing quality of emergency nurses.Methods The study randomly selected 60 nurses from January 2019 to June 2020 in the emergency department of the hospital as the research subjects.And they were divided into observation group and control group by random grouping,and 30 people in each group.By using the routine assessment method for the nurses in the control group and the performance assessment method for the nurses in the observation group,the burnout situation and nursing quality of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results In the observation group,the nurses'basic nursing ability,special nursing ability,key link nursing ability and the management scores of emergency medicines were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the emotional exhaustion score and personal achievement score of nurses in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a scientific and effective performance management program for emergency nurses can indeed improve the overall quality of nursing,and at the same time,it can avoid the nurses'job burnout in the process of daily work.It is more worthy of promotion and application in the future performance appraisal work.
