摘要
目的探析CBL(以案例为基础的学习方法)教学模式在临床诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法将该院2019年12月—2021年4月90名临床诊断专业医学生随机分组,对照组、观察组各45名,对照组常规教学模式,观察组CBL教学模式,对比两组考核成绩、综合能力评分、学习效果自我评价、教学满意度。结果观察组基础理论知识考核成绩、实践操作技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组综合能力总分高于对照组,学习效果自我评分高于对照组,教学满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学模式在临床诊断教学中应用效果较佳,主要体现在能显著提高学生学习成绩、综合能力、保障教学效果,利于师生关系更融洽。
Objective To explore the application effect of CBL(case-based learning method)teaching mode in clinical diagnostics teaching.Methods 90 medical students majoring in clinical diagnosis from December 2019 to April 2021 in the hospital were randomly divided into groups,45 students in the control group and 45 students in the observation group.The control group was in the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group was in the CBL teaching mode.The assessment scores,comprehensive ability scores,self-evaluation of learning effects,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of basic theoretical knowledge assessment and practical operation skills assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of comprehensive ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the self-score of learning effect was higher than that of the control group,and the score of teaching satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of CBL teaching mode in clinical diagnosis teaching is better,which is mainly reflected in that it can significantly improve students'academic performance,comprehensive ability,ensure teaching effect,and facilitate the harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
