摘要 骨科研规生的临床和科研思维的双重培养是医学研究生导师面临的难题之一,也是研规生规范化培养的重要目标。然而研究生面临的有限培养时间及轮转于各个临床科室的繁重临床任务是培养研规生科研和临床思维的一大短板。如何在有限的时间里完成临床轮转和顺利完成课题,是大部分研规生及带教导师面临的重要难题。该文拟将骨科医学研究生导师在“双轨合一”培养模式下,充分发挥骨科研究中心的优势,构建骨科Instron静态生物力学实验平台,辅助培养骨科研规生的科研思维,对临床应用的带教经验进行总结,探索骨科Instron静态生物力学实验平台在临床和科研思维培养中的应用,并提出了可供借鉴的骨科研规生带教经验,更好地适应新时期医学人才多重培养需求。 The dual cultivation of clinical and scientific thinking of orthopaedic research students is one of the difficulties faced by medical postgraduate supervisors,and it is also an important goal of standardized training of research students.However,the limited training time faced by graduate students and the heavy clinical tasks that are rotated in various clinical departments are a major shortcoming in cultivating the scientific research and clinical thinking of graduate students.How to complete the clinical rotation and successfully complete the project in a limited time is an important problem faced by most graduate students and their instructors.This paper intends to give full play to the advantages of the Orthopedic Research Center under the"dual-track integration"training mode for postgraduate tutors of orthopedic medicine.Construct the Instron static biomechanical experimental platform for orthopaedics to assist in cultivating the scientific research thinking of orthopaedic students and summarize the teaching experience of clinical application.To explore the application of the orthopaedicInstron static biomechanical experimental platform in the cultivation of clinical and scientific research thinking.And put forward the experience of orthopaedic research and teaching for reference to better adapt to the multiple training needs of medical talents in the new era.
