医院微量注射泵预防性维护计划的制定及实施效果

Formulation of the Preventive Maintenance Plan of Micro-Injection Pump in the hospital and Implementation Results

预防性维护是保障医疗设备安全运行、降低设备故障率及减少设备维修成本的重要手段。该文参照国家相关法律法规、标准和技术规范的要求,对杭州市红十字会医院近年来微量注射泵故障维修和配件更换情况进行了统计分析,并以此为基础,结合医院实际情况,制定了以使用科室、设备部、厂家或第三方公司为实施主体的微量注射泵三级预防性维护计划,该计划详细叙述了各实施主体所需维护的内容及其周期;随后统计了近3年的微量注射泵故障维修情况,分析了计划的实施效果,讨论了其中存在的问题并提出了相应的建议和解决方案。

Preventive maintenance is an important means to ensure the safe operation of medical equipment,reduce the failure rate of equipment and lower the costs of equipment maintenance.According to the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations,standards and technical specifications,this article made a statistical analysis on the troubleshooting and parts replacement of micro-injection pump in the hospital in recent years,and on this basis,combined with the actual situation of the hospital,then formulated the three-level preventive maintenance plan of micro-injection pump,which was mainly implemented by the user department,Biomedical Engineering department,manufacturer or third-party company.The plan described the content and cycle of maintenance required by each implementation body in detail.Then,the maintenance situation of micro-injection pump in the last three years was counted,the implementation results of the plan were analyzed,the existing problems were discussed,and the corresponding suggestions and solutions were proposed.
