Digital Management of High-Value Medical Consumables Based on Hospital Information System and Hospital Resource Planning System

为了提高医院精细化管理水平,该文构建了以医院信息管理系统(HIS)和医院资源规划系统(HRP)为基础的高值医用耗材数字化管理系统。该系统集成医院其他信息系统,可自动完成数据交互,有效降低了手工操作频率,并且以中心库和重点科室二级库为核心,实现了从医院高值医用耗材入出库管理、付款发票管理、患者使用登记到患者出院结算的全流程数字化闭环管理,有效提高了工作效率,降低了医院高值医用耗材成本支出。

In order to improve hospital refined management level,a high-value medical consumables digital management system based on hospital information system(HIS)and hospital resource planning(HRP)system was established.This system integrates other systems in the hospital and can complete data interaction automatically,thus reducing the manual operation rate.Taken the central and secondary warehouses as the core,the entire closed-loop operation was achieved from high-value medical consumables in and out management,payment and invoice management,patient usage registration to discharge settlement,so this system could improve the work efficiency and reduced the capital expenditures of high-value medical consumables in the hospital.
