利用“互联网+”信息手段有序开展门诊诊疗业务

Diagnosis and Treatment in the Outpatient with the Help of“Internet+”

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发以来,“互联网+”信息手段在智慧医疗方面发挥了积极作用。在当前疫情防控常态化下,如何继续有效利用“互联网+”信息手段有序开展门诊诊疗业务,成为门诊管理者和信息工作者的工作重点。该文就江南大学附属医院疫情期间通过线上微信公众号、互联网医院,线下智能导诊、分诊,一键式自助核酸缴费等一系列“互联网+”信息手段,推动智慧医疗发展的情况进行论述,用数字化表格数据对疫情前期、中期与目前门诊量的提升和门诊秩序的改善情况进行说明,并对后续措施进行了介绍。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19,“Internet+”information methods have played an active role in smart medical care.Under the current normalization of epidemic prevention and control,how to continue to effectively use“Internet+”and other information methods to carry out outpatient diagnosis and treatment in an orderly manner has become the focus of outpatient managers and information workers.This article discussed the condition that the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University promote the development of smart medical care through a series of“Internet+”information methods during the pandemic,such as online WeChat public account,Internet hospital,offline intelligent diagnosis and triage,one-click self-service for paying for nucleic acid assay illustrated the increase in the number of outpatients and the improvement of outpatient order in the hospital in the early,middle and current stages of the epidemic through digital table data,and introduced the follow-up measures.
