手术室褥疮风险因素评估表结合高分子凝胶体位垫在俯卧位脊柱手术患者中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨手术室褥疮风险因素评估表结合高分子凝胶体位垫在俯卧位脊柱手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年3月至2021年3月于医院行俯卧位脊柱手术的74例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各37例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用手术室褥疮风险因素评估表结合高分子凝胶体位垫,比较两组受压处皮肤情况及褥疮发生情况。结果观察组皮肤压痕、皮肤潮湿、褥疮发生率分别为8.11%、5.41%、0.00%,均低于对照组的29.73%、21.62%、18.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室褥疮风险因素评估表结合高分子凝胶体位垫可改善俯卧位脊柱手术患者受压处皮肤状态,有效预防褥疮的发生。 Objective The application effects of risk factors assessment scale of bedsore in operation room combined with polymer gel position pad in patients treated by spinal surgery in prone position were explored.Methods 74 patients who underwent spinal surgery in prone position in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group used the risk factors assessment scale of bedsore in operating room combined with polymer gel position pad.The conditions of the pressed skins and the incidence of bedsore in the two groups were compared.Results The incidences of skin indentation,skin dampness and bedsore in the observation group were 8.11%,5.41%and 0.00%,respectively,which were all lower than those in the control group for 29.73%,21.62%,and 18.92%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors assessment scale of bedsore in operating room combined with polymer gel position pad can improve the conditions of the pressed skins for patients treated by spinal surgery in prone position,and effectively prevent the occurrence of bedsore.
