摘要
设计一款由重力势能提供能量,能够自动避开障碍桩行走的无碳小车。无碳小车由凸轮摇杆机构实现转向、齿轮机构实现传动,根据前后轴距离A、主动轮偏距E设置无碳小车参数,运用MATLAB、SOLIDWORKS软件模拟仿真其运动轨迹。通过微调机构调整无碳小车运动轨迹,使该车能够精确地按照预定轨迹运动并自动绕开障碍桩。
In this study we designed a carbon-free trolley that is powered by gravitational potential energy and can automatically avoid obstacle piles.The carbon-free trolley relies on the cam rocker mechanism to realize turning, and the gear mechanism to realize transmission.The parameters of the carbon-free trolley are set according to the distance between the front and rear axles(A) and the offset of the driving wheel(E).MATLAB and SOLIDWORKS software are used to simulate its movement track.The movement track is adjusted through the fine-tuning mechanism, so that the carbon-free trolley can accurately follow the predetermined track and automatically move around the obstacle piles.
