摘要
目的探讨在女性原发性骨质疏松症中血清I型胶原C末端肽(CTX)的诊断意义。方法随机选取2018年1月—2020年1月该院收治的80例骨折和筋伤患者,对全部患者均实施双能X线测定,了解不同部位的骨密度情况,并依照最新原发性骨质疏松症诊断标准将其分为骨量正常值、骨量减少组、骨质疏松组。使用磁微粒化学发光法对不同静脉血清中CTX水平和I型前胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)实施测定。对其水平和骨密度(BMD)进行比较。结果骨质疏松组患者的BMD指标为(0.54±0.02)g/cm^(3)、骨量正常组患者的BMD指标为(0.98±0.03)g/cm^(3)、骨量减少组患者的BMD指标为(0.74±0.02)g/cm^(3),与骨质疏松组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨质疏松组患者的CTX水平为(1.08±0.02)pmol/L、骨量正常组患者的CTX水平为(0.24±0.01)pmol/L、骨量减少组患者的CTX水平为(0.26±0.05)pmol/L,与骨质疏松组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在女性原发性骨质疏松症中CTX的诊断具有重要价值,可以作为重要诊断指标,用于临床的诊断中。
Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of serum type I collagen C-terminal peptide(CTX)in female primary osteoporosis.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,80 cases of fractures and tendon injuries were randomly selected in the hospital.All patients were subjected to dual-energy X-ray measurement to understand the bone density of different parts,and according to the latest diagnostic criteria for primary osteoporosis,they were divided into normal bone mass,osteopenia group,and osteoporosis group.The magnetic particle chemiluminescence method was used to determine the serum level of CTX and type I procollagen amino-terminal propeptide(PINP)in different intravenous serum,and their level was compared with bone nass densityl(BMD).Results BMD was(0.54±0.02)g/cm^(3) in osteoporosis group,(0.98±0.03)g/cm^(3) in normal bone mass group,and(0.74±0.02)g/cm^(3) in reduced bone mass group,compared with osteoporosis group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of CTX was(1.08±0.02)pmol/L in osteoporosis group,(0.24±0.01)pmol/L in normal bone mass group,(0.26±0.05)pmol/L in reduced bone mass group,compared with osteoporosis group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of CTX has important value in the diagnosis of female primary osteoporosis,and can be used as an important diagnostic index for clinical diagnosis.
