介入超声经皮穿刺活检术在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值及准确性分析

目的探究介入超声经皮穿刺活检术在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值及准确性。方法方便选取2020年1—12月120例乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,经病理检查显示39例为恶性组,81例为良性组,均为其实施介入超声经皮穿刺活检术检查及常规超声检查,对其检查的结果进行分析,同时以病理检查的结果为金标准,分析介入超声经皮穿刺活检术检查、常规超声检查的乳腺恶性肿瘤检出率及对乳腺肿瘤的诊断效能情况的差异性。结果乳腺肿瘤患者经病理检查,其恶性肿瘤检出率为32.50%;经介入超声经皮穿刺活检术检查的恶性肿瘤检出率为33.33%;经常规超声检查恶性肿瘤检出率为29.17%。常规超声检查对乳腺恶性肿瘤的诊断敏感度为71.79%,特异度为91.36%,准确度为85.00%,阳性预测值为80.00%,阴性预测值为87.06%;介入超声经皮穿刺活检术对乳腺恶性肿瘤的诊断敏感度为94.87%,特异度为96.30%,准确度为95.83%,阳性预测值为92.50%,阴性预测值为97.50%。结论乳腺肿瘤患者接受介入超声经皮穿刺活检术干预,可为其疾病的鉴别诊断提供参考依据,有着较高的诊断准确度、敏感度以及阴性预测值,意义重大,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value and accuracy of interventional ultrasound percutaneous biopsy in the diagnosis of breast tumors.Methods From January to December 2020,120 patients with breast tumors were conveniently taken as the research objects.Pathological examination showed that 39 cases were in the malignant group and 81 cases were in the benign group.Both perform interventional ultrasound percutaneous needle biopsy examinations and routine ultrasound examinations.Analyzed the results of its inspection.At the same time,the results of pathological examinations were used as the gold standard to analyze the differences in the detection rate of breast malignant tumors in interventional ultrasound percutaneous biopsy and conventional ultrasound and the diagnostic efficiency of breast tumors.Results After pathological examination of breast tumor patients,the detection rate of malignant tumor was 32.50%.The detection rate of malignant tumors examined by interventional ultrasound percutaneous needle biopsy was 33.33%.The detection rate of malignant tumors by routine ultrasound examination was 29.17%.The diagnostic sensitivity of routine ultrasound examination for breast cancer was 71.79%,the specificity was 91.36%,the accuracy was 85.00%,the positive predictive value was 80.00%,and the negative predictive value was 87.06%.The diagnostic sensitivity of interventional ultrasound percutaneous biopsy for breast malignant tumors was 94.87%,specificity was 96.30%,accuracy was 95.83%,positive predictive value was 92.50%,and negative predictive value was 97.50%.Conclusion Patients with breast tumors receiving interventional ultrasound percutaneous needle biopsy intervention can provide a reference for the differential diagnosis of their disease.It has high diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and negative predictive value,and it is of great significance and worthy of popularization and application.
