中药穴位贴敷联合血透室护理干预对血液透析患者便秘的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application Combined with Hemodialysis Room Nursing Intervention on Constipation in Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨对血液透析患者采用中药穴位贴敷联合血透室护理干预对改善便秘的效果。方法随机选择该院2020年9月—2021年2月收治的血液透析便秘患者80例,按照随机数表法将患者分为两组,对照组40例予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用血透室护理联合中药穴位贴敷方案干预,比较两组护理效果,比较干预前、干预4周后两组便秘主要症状评分,采用焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)自评量表调查患者负性情绪状态,并采用便秘患者生活自评量表(PAC-QOL)调查患者生活质量。结果研究组护理总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组72.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05);干预后研究组便秘主要症状:粪便性状(0.45±0.16)分、排便费力(0.44±0.17)分、排便时间(0.52±0.19)分、下坠不尽胀感(0.51±0.16)分、排便频率(0.52±0.16)分、腹胀评分(0.47±0.20)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.015、11.720、9.121、5.643、7.905、7.327,P<0.05);干预后研究组SAS、SDS评分分别为(39.13±4.07)分、(37.22±4.08)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.279、5.179,P<0.05);干预后研究组PAC-QOL量表评分为(39.23±4.22)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.174,P<0.05)。结论对血液透析便秘患者采用中药穴位贴敷联合血透室护理干预可提高护理效果,可有效改善患者便秘症状,能够促进患者形成积极心态,并能促进其生活质量的提升,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with hemodialysis room nursing intervention on the improvement of constipation in hemodialysis patients.Methods Randomly selected 80 patients with hemodialysis constipation treated in the hsopital from September 2020 to February 2021,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.40 cases in the control group were given routine nursing,and the research group was treated with hemodialysis room nursing combined with acupoint application program of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The scores of the main symptoms of constipation before and 4 weeks after the intervention were compared.The anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)self-rating scales were used to investigate the negative emotional state of the patients.The quality of life of patients was investigated by the self-rating scale of life for patients with constipation(PAC-QOL).Results The total effective rate of nursing in the research group was 92.50%,which was higher than 72.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05).The main symptoms of constipation in the research group after the intervention:stool traits(0.45±0.16)points,defecation effort(0.44±0.17)points,defecation time(0.52±0.16)points,incomplete swelling feeling(0.51±0.16)points,defecation frequency(0.52±0.16)points,abdominal distension score(0.47±0.20)points.All were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.015,11.720,9.121,5.643,7.905,7.327,P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the research group were(39.13±4.07)points and(37.22±4.08)points respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.279,5.179,P<0.05).The PAC-QOL scale score of the research group was(39.23±4.22)points,which was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.174,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with hemodialysis room nursing intervention for patients with hemodialysis constipation can improve the nursing effect and effectively improve the symptoms of constipation.It can promote patients to form a positive attitude,and can promote the improvement of their quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
