基于思维导图的循证护理在宫腔镜电切手术中并发症护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Based on Mind Map in the Nursing of Complications during Hysteroscopic Electric Resection

目的分析基于思维导图的循证护理宫腔镜电切手术中并发症护理应用价值。方法方便选取2019年4月—2021年6月到该院就诊的88例行宫腔镜电切手术治疗者为研究对象,以数字号(1~88)随机发放形式分设对象于不同组别,即对照组、观察组,每组44例。对照组选择行常规手术室护理干预,予以观察组患者开展基于思维导图的循证护理。对比两组并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果并发症发生率统计,对照组、观察组所占比分别为20.44%、4.54%,前者高于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.091,P<0.05)。对照组护理满意度为81.82%,低于观察组的95.46%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.062,P<0.05)。结论在宫腔镜电切手术中并发症护理期间,开展基于思维导图的循证护理方法能使护理人员应激处理能力提升,患者满意度提升,术中并发症减少,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing care for complications during hysteroscopic resection based on mind mapping.Methods From April 2019 to June 2021,88 patients who underwent hysteroscopic electrosurgical treatment in the hospital were conveniently selected as the study objects.The subjects were randomly distributed in the form of numbers(1 to 88),and the subjects were divided into different groups,namely the control group and the observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was selected for routine operating room nursing intervention,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing based on mind mapping.the incidence of complication and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results According to statistics of complication rate,the proportions of the control group and the observation group were 20.44%and 4.54%,respectively,the former was higher than the latter,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.091,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was 81.82%,which was lower than 95.46%of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.062,P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing period of complications during hysteroscopic resection,the development of evidence-based nursing methods based on mind mapping can improve the stress management ability of nursing staff,improve patient satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of intraoperative complications,and ensure safety high.
