LED红蓝光照射联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞因子凝胶对腋臭患者黄金微针治疗后并发症发生率的影响

摘要 目的分析LED红蓝光照射联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶对腋臭患者黄金微针治疗后并发症发生率的影响。方法随机选取该院门诊2019年1月—2021年8月收治的60例经黄金微针术后治疗的腋臭患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为两组(对照组30例,观察组30例);对照组采用LED红蓝光对创面进行照射;观察组在使用LED红蓝光的同时联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶外用创面;比较两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生率以及视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果观察组与对照组治疗有效率分别为93.33%和83.33%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.647,P>0.05);对照组出现皮肤红肿5例、感染3例、局部结节5例、色沉3例、上肢麻木2例;观察组出现皮肤红肿2例、感染1例、局部结节2例、色沉1例、上肢麻木1例,观察组并发症发生率(23.33%)显著低于对照组(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.297,P<0.05);治疗后两组患者VAS评分均有降低,观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LED红蓝光照射联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶外用创面较单一使用LED红蓝灯照射对黄金微针治疗后腋臭患者,两种方法联合能更大程度地减低患者并发症发生率、患者VAS评分显著降低。 Objective To analyze the effect of LED red and blue light irradiation combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel on the incidence of complications after golden microneedle treatment in patients with underarm odor.Methods A total of 60 patients with underarm odor who had undergone gold microneedling surgery and were admitted to the outpatient of the hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were randomly selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into two groups(30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group)used a random number table method.The control group used LED red and blue light to irradiate the wound.The observation group used LED red and blue light at the same time combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel for external application of wounds.The clinical efficacy,complication rate and visual analog scale(VAS)of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rates of treatment in the observation group and the control group were 93.33%and 83.33%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.647,P>0.05).In the control group,there were 5 cases of skin redness,3 cases of infection,5 cases of local nodules,3 cases of discoloration,and 2 cases of upper limb numbness.In the observation group,there were 2 cases of skin redness and swelling,1 case of infection,2 cases of local nodules,1 case of discoloration,and 1 case of upper limb numbness,the complication rate of the observation group(23.33%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(60.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.297,P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups of patients decreased,and the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LED red and blue light irradiation combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel externally applied wounds is better than the single use of LED red and blue light irradiation to treat patients with underarm odor after golden microneedle treatment.The combination of the two methods can greatly reduce the incidence of complications and the VAS score of patients is significantly reduced.
