糖皮质激素结合连续血液净化治疗感染性休克患者的临床有效性研究

Study on the Clinical Effectiveness of Glucocorticoid Combined with Continuous Blood Purification in the Treatment of Patients with Septic Shock

目的评估感染性休克患者应用糖皮质激素结合连续血液净化治疗的效果。方法随机选择该院在2021年1—10月期间接诊的60例感染性休克患者,根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组与观察组均为30例。对照组给予连续血液净化治疗,观察组采用糖皮质激素结合连续血液净化治疗。将两组感染性休克患者的治疗效果展开比较。结果经治疗后,观察组pH值、MAP、BUN、Scr、PVPI、ITBVI、CI均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(0.00%)低于对照组(16.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.286,P<0.05)。结论感染性休克患者应用糖皮质激素结合连续血液净化治疗可以增进疗效,值得在临床上予以推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of glucocorticoid combined with continuous blood purification treatment in patients with septic shock.Methods 60 patients with septic shock who were admitted to the hospital from January to October 2021 were randomly selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in the control group and the observation group.The control group was given continuous blood purification treatment,and the observation group was given glucocorticoid combined with continuous blood purification treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients with septic shock were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group's pH value,MAP,BUN,Scr,PVPI,ITBVI,CI were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(0.00%)was lower than that of the control group(16.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.286,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of glucocorticoid combined with continuous blood purification treatment in patients with septic shock can improve the curative effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
