规范化护理在脑梗死患者中的应用价值及对患者肢体功能的影响探讨

The Application Value of Standardized Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Its Influence on Patients'Limb Function

目的探讨规范化护理在脑梗死患者中的应用价值及对患者肢体功能的影响。方法随机选取2020年6月—2021年6月期间该院收治的80例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按数字奇偶法分为两组,即对照组40例进行常规护理;观察组40例则基于对照组采用规范化护理;比较两组康复效果、肢体康复水平。结果护理后,观察组上、下肢运动、Barthel指数、失语指数(AQ)评分分别为(48.51±4.36)分、(22.53±1.14)分、(75.43±5.36)分、(84.39±5.18)分,高于对照组的相关指标分值(35.78±4.51)分、(15.74±1.18)分、(64.71±5.41)分、(68.72±5.21)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.835、26.174、8.903、13.490,P<0.001);焦虑、抑郁情绪评分以及神经缺损(NIHSS)评分分别为(6.24±1.43)分、(6.51±1.35)分、(4.05±0.56)分,均低于对照组的相关评分(8.86±1.51)分、(9.24±1.48)分、(6.17±0.61)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.968、8.619、16.192,P<0.001)。结论规范化护理可提高脑梗死患者的康复效果,加强患者肢体功能,临床意义高。

Objective To explore the application value of standardized nursing in patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on patients'limb function.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in this hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects,which.were divided into two groups according to the digital parity method.40 cases in the control group was given routine care.Observation group 40 cases,based on the control group using standardized care.The rehabilitation effect and physical rehabilitation level of the two groups were compared.Results After the nursing,the upper and lower limb movement,barthel index,and aphasia index(AQ)scores of the observation group were(48.51±4.36)points,(22.53±1.14)points,(75.43±5.36)points,(84.39±5.18)points,respectively.It was higher than the related index scores of the control group(35.78±4.51)points,(15.74±1.18)points,(64.71±5.41)points,(68.72±5.21)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.835,26.174,8.903,13.490,P<0.001),the scores of anxiety,depression and neurological deficit(NIHSS)were(6.24±1.43)points,(6.51±1.35)points,(4.05±0.56)points,respectively.The scores were lower than those of the control group(8.86±1.51)points,(9.24±1.48)points,(6.17±0.61)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.968,8.619,16.192,P<0.001).Conclusion Standardized nursing can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction and strengthen the limb function of patients,which has high clinical significance.
