护理干预对变应性鼻炎患者脱敏治疗依从性的影响

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Compliance of Desensitization Therapy in Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨研究护理干预对变应性鼻炎患者脱敏治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2020年12月—2021年3月于该院耳鼻喉科门诊收治的变应性鼻炎患者中随机抽出50例,均采取脱敏治疗,并结合护理方法不同进行分组。25例患者予以常规护理,纳入对照组;25例患者选择针对性护理,纳入观察组,比较两组患者相关治疗知识了解情况、治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果观察组治疗1周、1个月后对脱敏知识了解评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.408、7.452,P<0.05);观察组治疗后3、6个月的完全依从性分别为96.00%、92.00%,均高于对照组68.00%、64.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878、5.710,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.00%,显著高于对照组的64.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.000,P<0.05)。结论针对变应性鼻炎患者脱敏治疗依从性问题,采取针对性护理能有效强化其相关知识掌握水平,是提高患者治疗配合度和护理满意度的有效方案,预后效果较佳,值得临床上大力推广。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of desensitization therapy in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods From December 2020 to March 2021,50 patients with allergic rhinitis who were admitted to the otolaryngology clinic of the hospital were randomly selected.All patients were treated with desensitization and grouped according to the differences in nursing methods.25 patients received routine care and were included in the control group.25 patients selected targeted care and were included in the observation group.The treatment-related knowledge,understanding,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The scores of knowledge understanding of desensitization in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 1 week and 1 month of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.408,7.452,P<0.05),the complete compliance of the observation group at 3 and 6 months after treatment was 96.00%and 92.00%,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group by 68.00%and 64.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,5.710,P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 64.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.000,P<0.05).Conclusion In view of the compliance of patients with allergic rhinitis with desensitization treatment,targeted nursing can effectively strengthen the level of relevant knowledge and is an effective plan to improve the patient's treatment cooperation and nursing satisfaction.The prognostic effect is better,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
