摘要 目的研究人-环境-健康体系对糖尿病患者自我管理能力影响。方法随机选择2019年12月—2020年12月中国贵航集团三〇二医院内分泌科收治的80例糖尿病患者,随机抽签分组法分为对照组、观察组,各40例,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在护理中构建人-环境-健康体系,比较两组血糖控制水平、自我管理能力、并发症、生活质量。结果观察组护理2个月后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平分别为(5.70±1.05)mmol/L、(7.64±1.07)mmol/L均低于对照组(7.06±1.19)mmol/L、(9.82±1.34)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=5.420、8.040,P<0.05)。观察组护理2个月后自我管理能力评分为(59.86±6.83)分,高于对照组(50.61±6.21)分,生活质量评分为(18.49±3.17)分,低于对照组(25.45±4.43)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.338、7.143,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者的护理中构建人-环境-健康体系能实现血糖水平的更有效控制,提升自我管理能力,减少并发症,有更高生活质量。 Objective To study the influence of the human-environment-health system on the self-management ability of diabetic patients.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,80 patients with diabetes admitted to the hospital in the department of endocrinology,302 Hospital of China Guihang Group were random selected.Random lottery grouping was divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group constructed a human-environment-health system in nursing.The blood glucose control level,self-management ability,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group after 2 months of nursing were(5.70±1.05)mmol/L,(7.64±1.07)mmol/L,lower than those of the control group(7.06±1.19)mmol/L,(9.82±1.34)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.420,8.040,P<0.05).The self-management ability score of the observation group after 2 months of nursing was(59.86±6.83)points,which was higher than the control group(50.61±6.21)points,and the quality of life score was(18.49±3.17)points,which was lower than the control group(25.45±4.43)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.338,7.143,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was not much different from that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Building a human-environment-health system in the care of diabetic patients can achieve more effective control of blood glucose levels,improve self-management capabilities,reduce complications,and have a higher quality of life.
