综合护理在眼外伤围术期患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Ocular Trauma in Perioperative Period

目的探讨综合护理在眼外伤围术期患者中的应用效果。方法便利选取2020年1—12月该院收治的56例眼外伤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各28例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,观察对比护理依从性、心理状态、疾病防护知识知晓率、并发症发生率等指标。结果观察组护理依从性为96.43%,高于对照组的71.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.766,P<0.05)。护理前,两组心理状态比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.287、0.513,P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS评分及SDS评分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.165、4.137,P<0.05)。两组入院疾病防护知识知晓率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组出院疾病防护知识知晓率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.923、12.121,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率7.14%低于对照组的35.71%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.787,P<0.05)。结论在眼外伤患者围术期实施综合护理模式有利于提高患者护理的依从性,改善心理状态,降低并发症发生率,提高眼外伤疾病防护知识知晓率。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing care in patients with ocular trauma during perioperative period.Methods 56 cases of ocular trauma patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a observation group with 28 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing care.Compare indicators such as nursing compliance,mental status,awareness rate of disease protection knowledge,and complication rate.Results The nursing wmpliance of the observation group was 96.43%higher than that of the control group 71.43%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.766,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the psychological status of the two groups(t=0.287,0.513,P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=5.165,4.137,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the awareness rate of disease protection knowledge between the two groups on admission(P>0.05);the awareness rate of discharge disease protection knowledge in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=17.923,12.121,P<0.05).The complication rate of 7.14%in the observation group was lower than 35.71%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.787,P<0.05)Conclusion The implementation of a comprehensive nursing model during the perioperative period of ocular trauma patients is beneficial to improve patient care compliance,improve psychological status,reduce the incidence of complications,increase awareness of ocular trauma disease prevention knowledge.
