老年社区获得性肺炎行清金化痰汤治疗的临床疗效及炎症反应减轻情况分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy and Inflammatory Response Reduction of Qingjin Huatan Decoction in the Treatment of Community-acquired Pneumonia in the Elderly

目的对清金化痰汤改善老年社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效及炎症反应进行探究。方法方便选取无锡市惠山区中医医院呼吸内科2017年3月—2019年10月期间诊治的140例老年社区获得性肺炎患者开展研究,按照随机数表法分组:对照组(70例,采取常规对症疗法)、研究组(70例,在常规对症治疗基础上辅以清金化痰汤),为期2个疗程,比较临床效果,包括治疗总有效率、中医症候积分、炎性因子水平等,其中炎性因子水平包括C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白细胞计数(WBC)。结果用药后,研究组总有效率95.71%较对照组82.86%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.048,P<0.05);研究组炎性因子(CRP、TNF、WBC)水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中医症候积分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清金化痰汤的辅助价值较高,可有效调节老年社区获得性肺炎患者机体炎症因子水平,控制机体炎症反应,改善症状,促进预后恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and inflammatory response of Qingjin Huatan Decoction in improving community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly.Methods From March 2017 to October 2019,140 elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia were conveniently selected in the study from the Department of Respiratory Medicine,Huishan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Wuxi City.According to the random number table method,the control group(70 cases,taking conventional symptomatic treatment),the study group(70 cases,supplemented by the conventional symptomatic treatment with Qingjin Huatan Decoction),a period of 2 courses.Compared the clinical effects,including the total effective rate of treatment,TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor levels,etc.The inflammatory factor levels include C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),white blood cell count(WBC).Results After medication,the total effective rate of the study group was 95.71%higher than that of the control group 82.86%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.048,P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors(CRP,TNF,WBC)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingjin Huatan Decoction has a high auxiliary value.It can effectively adjust the level of inflammatory factors in elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia,control the body's inflammatory response,improve symptoms,and promote prognosis recovery.
