氦氖激光联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Helium-neon Laser Combined with Famciclovir in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的探讨氦氖激光联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹患者的临床应用,验证其有效性。方法便利选取该院2019年11月—2021年7月接诊收治的58例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,按照双盲分组法划分为两个组别,分别为对照组与治疗组,将所有患者平均分至各组,每组患者29例,对照组患者的治疗方案为泛昔洛韦搭配加巴喷丁,治疗组患者则在对照组治疗方案基础上增加氦氖激光治疗,观察两组患者不同治疗措施下实际治疗效果以及患者治疗前后相关指标改善情况。结果治疗组患者实施氦氖激光联合泛昔洛韦进行治疗其治疗有效率为96.55%,显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.734,P=0.029),且治疗组患者治疗后血清疼痛物质P以及前列腺素E2水平分别为(61.77±6.52)mg/L、(43.69±4.77)U/L,显著低于对照组患者的(82.33±7.22)mg/L、(74.51±5.82)U/L,差异有统计学意义(t=11.381、22.056,P<0.001)。结论对带状疱疹患者应用氦氖激光联合泛昔洛韦进行治疗,可显著提升治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛,对改善患者病症部位皮肤组织神经损伤有着积极作用,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To discuss the clinical application of helium-neon laser combined with famciclovir in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster and verify its effectiveness.Methods The 58 patients with herpes zoster who were admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to July 2021 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the double-blind grouping method.They were the control group and the treatment group.All patients were equally divided into groups,with 29 patients in each group.The treatment plan provided for the control group was famciclovir combined with gabapentin.In the treatment group,helium-neon laser treatment was added to the treatment plan of the control group.Observed the actual treatment effect of the two groups of patients under different treatment measures and the improvement of related indicators before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of helium-neon laser combined with famciclovir in the treatment group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.734,P=0.029).And the serum pain substance P and prostaglandin E2 levels of patients in the treatment group after treatment were(61.77±6.52)mg/L and(43.69±4.77)U/L,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(82.33±7.22)mg/L,(74.51±5.82)U/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.381,22.056,P<0.001).Conclusion The helium-neon laser combined with famciclovir is used to treat patients with herpes zoster.It can significantly improve the treatment effect and reduce the pain of patients.It has a positive effect on improving the nerve damage of the skin tissue of the patient's diseased parts,and has high clinical application value.
