个性化护理在小儿过敏性紫癜护理中的干预价值分析

Analysis of the Intervention Value of Personalized Nursing in Children's Allergic Purpura Nursing

目的探讨个性化护理在小儿过敏性紫癜护理中的干预效果及价值。方法方便选取该院儿科2019年1月—2020年6月收治的120例小儿过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组患儿应用常规护理,观察组患儿在此基础上加以个性化护理,比较两组患儿血尿、腹痛、关节肿胀、皮疹临床症状的消失时间,住院时间,患儿家属的护理满意度以及随访一年中患儿的复发情况。结果观察组血尿、腹痛、皮疹和关节肿胀等症状的改善消失时间比对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间为(9.25±2.26)d,短于对照组的(13.34±3.18)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.121,P<0.05)。观察组复发率为1.7%,低于对照组的13.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.886,P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属护理满意度高达100.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.333,P<0.05)。结论为小儿过敏性紫癜患儿提供个性化护理干预,有助于加快患儿症状的改善及身体的痊愈,提高患儿的舒适度,保障疗效,提高患儿家属护理满意度,具有很高的应用价值,值得广泛推广和应用。

Objective To explore the intervention effect and value of personalized nursing in the nursing of children with allergic purpura.Methods Conveniently selected 120 children with Henoch Schonlein purpura treated in pediatrics of the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 as the study objects,they were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).Children in the control group were treated with routine nursing.Children in the observation group were given personalized care on this basis.The disappearance time of hematuria,abdominal pain,joint swelling,skin rash and other clinical symptoms,hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction of the children's family members,and the recurrence of the children during the one-year follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement and disappearance time of hematuria,abdominal pain,rash and joint swelling in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the observation group was(9.25±2.26)d,which was shorter than(13.34±3.18)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.121,P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 1.7%,lower than 13.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.886,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members of children in the observation group was 100.0%,which was higher than 80.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.333,P<0.05).Conclusion Provide personalized nursing intervention for children with anaphylactoid purpura.It helps to speed up the improvement of children's symptoms and physical recovery,improve the comfort of children,and ensure the efficacy.It has high application value to improve the nursing satisfaction of the family members of patients,and it is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
