舒适护理对剖宫产手术患者的护理干预效果

The Effect of Comfort Nursing Intervention on Patients Undergoing Cesarean Section

目的探究对接受剖宫产手术的患者实施舒适护理方法对患者护理效果的影响情况。方法在2019年6月—2021年6月期间接收的剖宫产产妇中随机选取100例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各50例,给予研究组舒适护理措施,给予对照组常规护理措施,对不同护理方法对产妇的干预效果进行比较,并统计对比两组产妇的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、VAS(视觉模拟评分法)评分、护理满意度。结果护理前,两组产妇的焦虑、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者的焦虑评分(49.46±5.32)分、抑郁评分(50.43±3.21)分、VAS评分(4.41±1.21)分、护理满意度(96.00%)均优于对照组患者的焦虑评分(52.32±5.34)分、抑郁评分(55.45±3.36)分、VAS评分(5.34±1.32)分、护理满意度(84.00%),差异有统计学意义(t=2.683、7.639、3.672,χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产手术患者中展开护理干预尤为重要,护理干预过程应用舒适护理方法可有效改善剖宫产手术患者的疼痛症状,对于患者不良情绪有很好的改善效果,进一步提高了患者舒适度,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing methods on patients undergoing cesarean section surgery.Methods 100 cases of cesarean section women received from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.Randomly divided them into two groups with 50 cases in each group,and gave the study group comfortable nursing measures.Routine nursing measures were given to the control group.The intervention effects of different nursing methods on the parturients were compared,and the anxiety score,depression score,VAS(visual analog scale)score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of parturients were statistically compared.Results Before the nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of parturients(P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the anxiety score(49.46±5.32)points,depression score(50.43±3.21)points,VAS score(4.41±1.21)points and nursing satisfaction(96.00%)of the study group were better than those of the control group(52.32±5.34)points,depression score(55.45±3.36)points,VAS score(5.34±1.32)points,nursing satisfaction(84.00%),the difference was statistically significant(t=2.683,7.639,3.672,χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion It is especially important to carry out nursing intervention in patients undergoing cesarean section.The application of comfortable nursing methods in nursing intervention process can effectively improve the pain symptoms of cesarean section patients.It has a good effect on improving patients'bad mood.It further improves patient comfort and is worthy of clinical application.
