中医特色护理干预对消化道肿瘤术后患者胃肠功能和护理满意度的影响

Effect of Characteristic Nursing Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Gastrointestinal Function and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients after Gastrointestinal Tumor Surgery

目的探讨对消化道肿瘤术后患者实施中医特色护理干预的效果及对其胃肠功能和护理满意度的影响。方法方便选取该院在2019年1月—2020年12月期间收治的78例进行手术治疗的消化道肿瘤患者,根据数表法将其随机分为研究组(n=39)和对照组(n=39),对照组患者进行常规的干预措施,研究组患者采取中医特色护理干预,统计两组胃肠功能恢复情况,并发症情况等。结果研究组肛门排气时间(30.36±4.66)h、首次排便时间(55.24±5.75)h、肠鸣音恢复时间(30.11±4.67)h及进食时间(32.69±5.39)h明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.140,11.264,8.038,10.499,P<0.05);护理后研究组腹胀评分(1.01±0.03)分、腹痛评分(1.04±0.11)分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=24.140,34.509,P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(97.44%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.341,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为5.13%,低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.181,P>0.05)。结论对于消化道肿瘤术后患者在进行护理的期间实施中医特色护理干预,具有一定的价值,能帮助患者进一步快速恢复胃肠功能,同时提高患者护理满意度,减少并发症,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of special traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on patients with gastrointestinal tumors after surgery and its influence on gastrointestinal function and nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 78 patients with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing surgical treatment were conveniently selected in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.According to the number table method,they were randomly divided into study group(n=39)and control group(n=39).Patients in the control group received routine interventions.Patients in the study group took nursing intervention with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.Statistics on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and complications in the two groups.Results The time of anal exhaustion(30.36±4.66)h,the time of first defecation(55.24±5.75)h,the recovery time of bowel sounds(30.11±4.67)h,and the time of eating(32.69±5.39)h in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.140,11.264,8.038,10.499,P<0.05).After nursing,the abdominal distension score(1.01±0.03)points and abdominal pain score(1.04±0.11)points of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=24.140,34.509,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 97.44%higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.341,P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 5.13%,which was lower than that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.181,P>0.05).Conclusion It is of certain value to implement characteristic nursing interventions of traditional Chinese medicine during the nursing period of patients after gastrointestinal tumors,which can help patients to further quickly restore gastrointestinal function.At the same time,it improves patient care satisfaction and reduces complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
