集束化护理模式用于PICC置管患者中效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Clustered Nursing Model Used in PICC Intubation Patients

目的探讨予以PICC置管患者集束化护理优势性与临床应用价值。方法便利选取2018年6月—2021年6月该院需实施PICC置管的患者,以开展常规护理的38例患者为参照组,以落实集束化护理的38例患者为研究组,比对不同护理模式的有效性、并发症发生率以及对患者护理满意度以及日常生活质量方面的影响。结果研究组护理有效性94.74%高于参照组的73.68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.333,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为2.63%,低于参照组的21.05%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05);研究组服务态度、沟通技巧、护理治疗与护理舒适性评分为(90.25±4.51)分、(90.35±4.52)分、(90.67±4.45)分、(90.68±4.57)分,参照组的评分为(72.54±3.21)分、(73.54±3.50)分、(73.95±3.54)分、(74.05±3.61)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=19.721、18.127、17.879、17.603,P<0.05);研究组精力、躯体疼痛、生理职能以及精神健康评分为(90.99±5.65)分、(90.98±5.63)分、(91.54±5.99)分、(91.60±6.02)分,参照组的评分为(80.55±4.01)分、(80.60±4.04)分、(80.87±4.11)分、(80.98±4.14)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.289、9.234、9.054、8.960,P<0.05)。结论集束化护理可进一步保证PICC置管患者安全性,有效降低置管风险,提高患者的日常生活质量,从而构建良好护患关系,这对增强患者治疗依从性与护理配合度等方面有着积极影响,值得推广。

Objective To explore the advantages and clinical application value of clustered care for patients with PICC catheterization.Methods A total of 76 patients who needed PICC intubation in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were conveniently selected,38 patients in the reference group were routine nursing care,and 38 patients with cluster care as the study group.Compared the effectiveness,complicat ionrate,and impact of different care models on patient care satisfaction and the quality of daily life.Results The nursing effectiveness of the study group was 94.74%higher than that of the reference group 73.68%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.333,P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group was 2.63%,which was lower than 21.05%of the reference group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05);the service attitude,communication skills,nursing treatment and nursing comfort scores of the study group were(90.25±4.51)points,(90.35±4.52)points,(90.67±4.45)points and(90.68±4.57)points,the scores of the reference group were(72.54±3.21)points,(73.54±3.50)points,(73.95±3.54)points,(74.05±3.61)points,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=19.721,18.127,17.879,17.603,P<0.05);the study group's energy,physical pain,physiological function,and mental health scores were(90.99±5.65)points,(90.98±5.63)points,(91.54±5.99)points and(91.60±6.02)points,the scores of the reference group were(80.55±4.01)points,(80.60±4.04)points,(80.87±4.11)points,(80.98±4.14)points,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=9.289,9.234,9.054,8.960,P<0.05).Conclusion Clustered care can further ensure the safety of PICC patients.Effectively reduce the risk of intubation and improve the quality of daily life of patients,so as to build a good nurse-patient relationship.This has a positive impact on enhancing patients'treatment compliance and nursing coordination,and is worthy of promotion.
