自拟中药方外洗辅助治疗手足口病的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Self-made Chinese Herbal Prescriptions for External Washing as an Auxiliary Treatment of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的探讨手足口病患儿以自拟中药方外洗辅助治疗的疗效与安全性。方法便利选取2018年6月—2020年6月于该院接受治疗的手足口病患儿82例观察研究,经随机数表法分组,对照组41例单纯采用西药方式治疗,观察组41例在其基础上辅助自拟中药方外洗治疗,观察对比临床治疗效果,评估各组患儿治疗前后证候改善情况,统计两组患者不良反应的总发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.289,P<0.05)。两组患儿入院时症状表现差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),通过治疗后观察组患儿发热症状评分(1.05±0.23)分、口痛症状评分(1.22±0.24)分、疱疹症状评分(1.19±0.25)分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=58.343、48.409、49.772,P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗期间不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床治疗手足口病可于常规西药治疗基础上配合自拟中药方外洗辅助,可有效改善证候表现,安全性高,值得推广采用。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of self-made Chinese herbal medicine for external washing in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods Convenient Selected 82 children with hand,foot and mouth disease who were treated in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 as the observation study.Grouped by random number table method,41 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine alone.In the observation group,41 cases were supplemented with external washing treatment with self-made Chinese medicine prescriptions on the basis.Observed and compared the effect of clinical treatment.The improvement of syndromes before and after treatment in each group of children was evaluated,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was counted.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.289,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in symptoms bet ween the two groups of children on admission(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group's fever symptom score(1.05±0.23)points,mouth pain symptom score(1.22±0.24)points,and herpes symptom score(1.19±0.25)points were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=58.343,48.409,49.772,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease can be supplemented with self-made traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,which can effectively improve the symptom performance and is highly safe.It is worthy of promotion and adoption.
