摘要
目的研究乳腺良恶性肿瘤患者实施3.0TMRI动态增强多定量参数Ktrans、Kep、Ve值的应用效果。方法方便择取2019年3月—2020年3月该院纳入75例的乳腺良恶性肿瘤患者,以手术病理检验结果作为金标准,全部患者均行多普勒超声检查、3.0TMRI动态增强检查,讨论患者的两种检查形式的准确性。结果乳腺良恶性肿瘤患者确诊结果良性53例,占比70.67%;恶性22例,占比29.33%。多普勒超声检查良性46例,占比61.33%;恶性29例,占比28.67%。3.0TMRI动态增强检查良性51例,占比68.00%;恶性24例,占比32.00%。乳腺良恶性肿瘤3.0TMRI动态增强检查诊断结果灵敏度(92.45%)、特异度(90.91%)、准确性(92.00%)均明显高于多普勒超声检查(71.70%、63.64%、69.33%),3.0TMRI动态增强检查诊断阳性预测值(96.08%)、阴性预测值(83.33%)高于多普勒超声检查(82.61%、48.28%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.759、4.659、12.354、4.746、7.018,P<0.05)。结论乳腺良恶性肿瘤患者行3.0TMRI动态增强检查准确性水平较高,根据其多定量参数进行诊断,可鉴别肿瘤病理情况。
Objective To study the application effect of 3.0TMRI dynamic enhancement multi-quantitative parameters Ktrans,Kep,Ve values in patients with benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods 75 patients with benign and malignant breast tumors included in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were conveniently selected.Take the results of surgical pathology as the gold standard.All patients underwent Doppler ultrasound examination and 3.0TMRI dynamic enhancement examination,and the accuracy of the two examination forms was discussed.Results 53 patients with benign and malignant breast tumors were diagnosed as benign,accounting for 70.67%.There were 22 malignant cases,accounting for 29.33%.46 cases were benign by Doppler ultrasonography,accounting for 61.33%.29 cases were malignant,accounting for 28.67%.51 cases were benign with 3.0TMRI dynamic enhancement,accounting for 68.00%.24 cases were malignant,accounting for 32.00%.The sensitivity(92.45%),specificity(90.91%)and accuracy(92.00%)of the 3.0TMRI dynamic enhancement examination of benign and malignant breast tumors were significantly higher than those of Doppler ultrasound examination(71.70%,63.64%,69.33%),the positive predictive value(96.08%)and negative predictive value(83.33%)of 3.0TMRI dynamic enhancement examination were higher than the Doppler ultrasonography(82.61%,48.28%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.759,4.659,12.354,4.746,7.018,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with benign and malignant breast tumors underwent 3.0TMRI dynamic enhancement examination with a high level of accuracy;diagnosis can be made based on its multiple quantitative parameters;tumor pathology can be distinguished.
