摘要
目的探讨分层级核心能力培训模式在小儿外科护士核心能力培训中的效果。方法2019年6月—2020年6月,采用注册护士核心能力量表对本院小儿外科294名护士进行测评,比较实施分层级核心能力培训模式前后(2019年6月—12月为实施前,2020年1月—6月为实施后)护理人员核心能力的差异。结果实施分层级核心能力培训模式后,小儿外科护士的7个维度核心能力得分和总得分均显著提高(P<0.05)。26~30岁及40岁以上年龄段的护士,其核心能力得分明显提高(P<0.05)。工作5年以上的护士,其核心能力得分显著高于培训前(P<0.05)。学历为中专的护士,其核心能力得分在培训后显著提高(P<0.05)。结论分层级核心能力培训模式有利于提高护理人员的核心能力,为护理人才多元化培养提供参考。
Objective To explore the effect of the hierarchical core competence training model in the core competence training of pediatric surgery nurses.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,294 nurses in the pediatric surgery department of our hospital were evaluated with the Core competence Scale of registered nurses.The differences in the core competence of nursing staff before and after the implementation of the hierarchical core competence training mode(June 2019 to December 2019 was before the implementation,and January 2020 to June 2020 was after the implementation)were compared.Results After the implementation of hierarchical core competence training mode,the core competence scores of 7 dimensions and total scores of pediatric surgical nurses were significantly increased(P<0.05).The scores of core competence of nurses aged 26~30 and over 40 were significantly increased(P<0.05).Nurses who had worked for more than 5 years had significantly higher core competence scores than those before training(P<0.05).The score of core competence of nurses with technical secondary education was significantly improved after training(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical core competence training model is conducive to improving the core competence of nursing staff and provides a reference for the diversified training of nursing talents.
