儿童专科医院护士执业环境测评与特征分析

Evaluation and characteristic analysis of nurse practice environment of children′s hospital

目的调查三级儿童专科医院护士执业环境感知现状,并分析其特征,从而能够进一步了解儿童专科医院护士执业环境,为改进儿科护士执业环境提供参考依据。方法于2019年12月依托国家护理质量数据平台,应用“护士执业环境测评量表”对重庆市某三级儿童专科医院1013名护士进行整群抽样横断面调查。结果护士执业环境测评平均值为77.78分,其中得分最高维度为“医院制度与工作流程”(88.29±19.25)分,得分最低维度为“护士参与医院事务”(53.00±17.54)分,不同年龄、工作年限、职称、职务的护士对执业环境测评得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三级儿童医院护士执业环境感知现状尚待进一步改善,建议完善护士参与医院管理事务的相关机制,多渠道收集护士意见建议,在工作中给予护士更多授权和锻炼机会,以激发护士的工作潜能与热情,提升专业技术水平及护理服务能力。

Objective To evaluate the current situation of the pediatric nurse′s practice environment perception in tertiary children′s specialist hospitals and analyze the main characteristics,so as to further understand the pediatric nurse′s practice environment and provide a reference for nursing managers to improve the pediatric nurse′s environment.Methods Based on the National Nursing Quality Data Platform,a cluster cross-sectional survey of 1013 nurses in a tertiary children′s specialist hospital in Chongqing was applied with the"Nursing Practice Environment Assessment Scale"in December 2019.Results The average nurse practice environment evaluation was 77.78,of which the highest score was(88.29±19.25)in the"Hospital System and Work Process",and the lowest score was(53.00±17.54)in the"Nurses participating in hospital affairs".Nurses of different ages,working years,the title of a technical post,and positions had statistically significant differences in the evaluation scores of the practice environment(P<0.05).Conclusion The current situation of the pediatric nurse′s practice environment perception in tertiary children′s specialist hospitals needs to be further improved.It is recommended to improve the relevant mechanism of nurses′participation in hospital management affairs,collect nurses′opinions and suggestions from multiple channels,and give nurses more authorization and exercise opportunities at work to stimulate the nurse′s working potential and enthusiasm,improve professional technological level and nursing service capabilities.
