摘要
总结了2019年1月—2020年6月广东省妇幼保健院的5例长段缺失型食管闭锁(long-gap esophageal atresia,LGEA)患儿在超声引导下行床边食管内延长术的配合及护理经验。主要包括术前准备超声引导下食管内延长术所需的器械、装备及药品;术中配合医生进行食管内延长术,保持患儿安静,监测患儿生命体征,持续有效低负压吸痰;术后为患儿取右侧卧位,做好胃造瘘管的护理,做好病情管理。认为加强超声引导下食管内延长术的配合及术后护理,可以促进食管内延长术的顺利进行并减少并发症的发生。
Summarized the cooperation and nursing experience of 5 long-gap esophageal atresia(LGEA)children with the ultrasound-guided bedside endoesophageal lengthening surgery in Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020.It mainly includes the preparation of the equipment and drugs before the operation;during the operation,cooperate with the doctor to perform the endoesophageal lengthening operation,keep the child quiet,monitor the child′s vital signs and continue to effectively suck sputum with low negative pressure;after the operation,the patient was given the right decubitus,the gastrostomy tube was taken care of,and the condition was managed well.It is believed that strengthening the cooperation and postoperative care of the ultrasound-guided endoesophageal lengthening can promote the smooth progress of the endoesophageal lengthening surgery and reduce the occurrence of complications.
