Safety Evaluation and Analysis of Flood Gate Project in Huaiyin Station

淮阴站挡洪闸主要作用是淮阴站及淮阴三站开机时开闸引水,平时关闸阻挡洪泽湖洪水,保护淮阴三站、淮阴站工程,水利工程管理者对所管工程安全性必须了如指掌,为以后工程的维修养护提供方向。通过《水闸安全评价导则》,对淮阴站挡洪闸安全进行鉴定分析,通过安全检测、安全复核分析发现淮阴站挡洪闸存在的安全隐患,对其进行安全评价和建议。

The main function of the flood gate of Huaiyin station is to open the gate to divert water when the Huaiyin station and Huaiyin No.3 station start up.Sometimes It close the gate to block the flood of Hongze Lake,and protect the projects of Huaiyin No.3 station and Huaiyin station.At the same time,the water conservancy project managers must be familiar with the safety of the project,so as to provide direction for the maintenance of the project in the future.In this paper,through the“guide for safety evaluation of sluice”and other regulations and specifications,the safety of the flood gate of Huaiyin station is identified and analyzed.Through the safety detection and safety review analysis,the potential safety hazards of the flood gate of Huaiyin station are found,and the safety evaluation and suggestions are made.
