中西医结合治疗神经衰弱的临床治疗价值

Clinical Value of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Neurasthenia

目的分析神经衰弱行中西医结合治疗的效果。方法选取2020年7月—2021年7月该院98例神经衰弱患者为研究对象,随机分为西医组和联合组,各49例。前者行谷维素等西药治疗,后者增加汤剂口服等中医治疗,观察两组精神状态,评估睡眠情况,统计有效率和不良事件。结果治疗前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分,差异无统计学意(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组SAS、SDS评分低于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组睡眠情况优于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组有效率(95.92%)高于西医组(79.59%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.078,P<0.05)。联合组不良事件发生率(6.12%)低于西医组(22.45%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.333,P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗可稳定情绪,减轻神经衰弱症状,且不会增加不良事件,获得神经衰弱患者的高度满意。

Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for neurasthenia.Methods 98 patients with neurasthenia in the hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into western medicine group and combined group,with 49 cases in each group.The former was treated with oryzanol and other Western medicine,and the latter was treated with oral Decoction and other traditional Chinese medicine.The mental state of the two groups was observed,sleep was evaluated,and the effective rate and adverse events were calculated.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the combined group were lower than those in the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep condition of the combined group was better than that of the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the combined group(95.92%)was higher than that of the western medicine group(79.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.078,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the combined group(6.12%)was lower than that in the western medicine group(22.45%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.333,P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can stabilize mood,reduce the symptoms of neurasthenia,and will not increase the adverse events,and obtain a high degree of satisfaction in patients with neurasthenia.
