探讨眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床效果

Exploring the Clinical Effect of Fundus Laser Combined with Ranibizumab in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的评价糖尿病性视网膜病变采取眼底激光+雷珠单抗治疗的优势。方法选择该院2019年7月—2020年5月收治的80例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者,依据随机数表法分组治疗,对照组行单一治疗(眼底激光),观察组行联合治疗(眼底激光+雷珠单抗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果、安全性、恢复时间、满意度以及治疗前后视力、黄斑区视网膜厚度、视力状况。结果观察组总有效率95.00%较对照组75.00%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.274,P=0.012);观察组前房炎症反应、视网膜脱落等相关并发症发生率5.00%较对照组30.00%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组渗出以及眼底出血吸收时间、视网膜水肿症状改善时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度95.00%较对照组70.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后相较治疗前视力、黄斑区视网膜厚度改善,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变具有安全性、有效性优势,促进患者症状恢复、视力改善,满足患者治疗需求。

Objective To evaluate the advantages of fundus laser+ranibizumab treatment for diabetic retinopathy.Methods Methods 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted in the hospital from July 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table method,the control group received single treatment(fundus laser),and the observation group received combined treatment(fundus laser+ranibizumab),which was reviewed and approved by the hospital ethics committee.The treatment effect,safety,recovery time,satisfaction,visual acuity,macular retinal thickness,and visual acuity of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of 95.00%in the observation group was higher than 75.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.274,P=0.012).The incidence of anterior chamber inflammation,retinal detachment and other related complications in the observation group was 5.00%lower than that of the control group 30.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of exudation and absorption of fundus hemorrhage and retinal edema symptom improvement in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity and macular retinal thickness were improved compared with that before treatment.The improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fundus laser and ranibizumab in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy has the advantages of safety and effectiveness,promotes the recovery of symptoms and improves vision,and meets the treatment needs of patients.
