膀胱镜大力钳碎石术治疗尿道膀胱结石的应用价值探析

Analysis of the Application Value of Cystoscope and Forceps Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Urethral and Bladder Stones

目的探究分析在治疗尿道膀胱结石的过程中膀胱镜大力钳碎石术发挥的作用,并根据取得的治疗效果判断其临床应用价值。方法抽取2020年4月—2021年4月该院收治的60例尿道膀胱结石患者为研究方向,将所有入组的患者进行编号并使用电脑采取随机数表法划分为两组,对其采取不同手术方式治疗的分组调研。对照组(30例)患者采取常规传统经腹结石摘除术,观察组(30例)患者采取膀胱镜大力钳碎石术治疗,对比两种不同手术方式对应患者的临床疗效,以此判定膀胱镜大力钳碎石术在尿道膀胱结石治疗中的实际应用价值。结果观察组和对照组的临床治疗总体有效率分别为93.33%和73.33%,前者疗效显著高于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);观察组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间等临床相关手术指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.243、3.650、4.173、4.771,P<0.05);观察组和对照组的并发症发生率分别为6.67%和30.00%,前者低于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P=0.020);经过术后3个月随访结果显示,观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.618,P=0.001)。结论膀胱镜大力钳碎石术在尿道膀胱结石治疗中可以发挥出稳定有效的作用,有助于优化各项临床手术指标,降低术后并发症风险,可以改善预后,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore and analyze the role of cystoscope vigorous forceps lithotripsy in the treatment of urethral bladder stones,and to judge its clinical application value according to the obtained treatment effects.Methods A total of 60 patients with urethral and bladder calculi admitted to this hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research direction.All the enrolled patients were numbered and divided into two groups by computer random number table method.The control group(30 cases)was treated with conventional excision of abdominal calculi,while the observation group(30 cases)was treated with cystoscopic lithotriptomy.The clinical efficacy of the two different surgical methods was compared,so as to determine the practical application value of cystoscopic lithotriptomy in the treatment of urethra and bladder calculi.Results The overall effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 93.33%and 73.33%,respectively.The curative effect of the former was significantly higher than the latter,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038).The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time,length of hospital stay and other clinically related surgical indicators,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.243,3.650,4.173,4.771,P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group and control group was 6.67%and 30.00%,respectively,the former was lower than the latter,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P=0.020).After 3 months of follow-up,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.618,P=0.001).Conclusion Cystoscope vigorous forceps lithotripsy can play a stable and effective role in the treatment of urethral and bladder stones,which is helpful to optimize various clinical surgical indicators and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.It can improve the prognosis and improve the quality of life.
