稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合用药方案治疗冠心病合并心律失常的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Arrhythmia

目的研究冠心病(CHD)合并心律失常应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗的效果。方法选取2020年1—12月收治的91例CHD合并心律失常患者,按随机数表法分组,所有患者入院后均行抗感染、吸氧、卧床静养等常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组45例患者口服美托洛尔,观察组46例患者口服美托洛尔及稳心颗粒,对比两组治疗效果、不良反应,同时比较两组治疗前、治疗后3个月血流动力学及心功能指标。结果治疗总有效率比较,观察组(95.65%)高于对照组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.348,P<0.05);治疗后,两组LVEDD、LVESD水平均低于该组治疗前,LVEF水平均高于该组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD水平均更低,LVEF水平更高,差异有统计学意义(t=16.365、40.414、15.100,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FIB、HCT及PV水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=25.929、9.259、55.191,P<0.05);不良反应发生率比较,观察组(4.35%)低于对照组(24.44%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.502,P<0.05)。结论CHD合并心律失常患者应用美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗,可有效增强药物治疗效果,促进患者心功能改善,且不良反应少。

Objective To study the effect of Wenxin Granules combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)combined with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 91 CHD patients with arrhythmia who were admitted from January to December 2020 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method.After admission,all patients underwent conventional treatment such as anti-infection,oxygen inhalation,and bed rest.On this basis,45 patients in the control group took metoprolol and 46 patients in the observation group took metoprolol and Wenxin granules.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.At the same time,hemorheology and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared before and 3 months after treatment.Results Compared with the total effective rate of treatment,the observation group(95.65%)was higher than the control group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.348,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVEDD and LVESD in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of LVEF were higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower levels of LVEDD and LVESD after treatment,and higher levels of LVEF,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.365,40.414,15.100,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FIB,HCT and PV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=25.929,9.259,55.191,P<0.05).Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions,the observation group(4.35%)was lower than the control group(24.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.502,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of metoprolol and Wenxin granules for CHD patients with arrhythmia can effectively enhance the effect of drug treatment,promote the improvement of patients'cardiac function,and have fewer adverse reactions.
