小切口去脂+连续埋线微创重睑术治疗不对称重睑患者的效果

Effect of small incision fat removal combined with continuous thread embedding minimally invasive double eyelidplasty in the treatment of patients with asymmetric double eyelid

目的探究去脂(小切口)+埋线(连续)微创重睑术治疗不对称重睑患者的效果。方法选择2019年1月—2021年1月本院收治的82例不对称重睑患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分成A组和B组两组,每组各41例。B组接受切开重睑成形术治疗,A组接受去脂(小切口)+埋线(连续)微创重睑术治疗。对比两组手术效果、术前、术后1 d、3 d疼痛介质指标[一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、P物质(SP)]、围术期指标(术中失血量、手术时长、切口愈合时间)、炎症因子指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平、术后并发症发生率、美容满意度。结果A组手术效果较B组优(P<0.05);A组术后1 d、3 d血清NO、5-HT、ET-1、SP水平较B组低(P<0.05);A组术中失血量较B组少,切口愈合时间及手术时长较B组短(P<0.05);A组术后1 d、3 d血清TNF-α、IL-6水平较对照组低(P<0.05);A组术后并发症总发生率4.88%(2/41)较B组24.39%(10/41)低(P<0.05);A组美容总满意度97.56%(40/41)较B组75.61%(31/41)高(P<0.05)。结论去脂(小切口)+埋线(连续)微创重睑术治疗不对称重睑患者效果显著,可有效改善机体炎性因子及疼痛介质水平,优化围术期指标,降低并发症发生风险,提高美容满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of fat removal(small incision)combined with thread embedding(continuous)minimally invasive double eyelid surgery in the treatment of patients with asymmetric double eyelid.Methods A total of 82 patients with asymmetric double eyelid those were admitted to our hospital(from January 2019 to January 2021)were selected as study objects,and they were divided into group A(n=41)and group B(n=41)according to the random number table method.Group B underwent open double blepharoplasty,and group A received fat removal(small incision)combined with thread embedding(continuous)minimally invasive double eyelid surgery.Surgical effects,pain mediator indexes[Nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),serotonin(5-HT),substance P(SP)],perioperative indicators(intraoperative blood loss,operation duration,incision healing time),preoperative and 1 d and 3 dpostoperative inflammatory factor indicators[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)]level,postoperative complication rate,cosmetic satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The surgical effect of group A was better than that of group B(P<0.05);The serum levels of NO,5-HT,ET-1 and SP in group A were lower than those of group B at 1 and 3 days after operation(P<0.05);The amountblood loss during operation in group A was less than that of group B,and the incision healing time and operation time were shorter than that of group B(P<0.05);The serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels of group A were lower than those of control group at 1 and 3 days after operation(P<0.05);The total incidence of postoperative complications in group A was 4.88%(2/41)which was lower than 24.39%(10/41)of group B(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate of cosmetics in group A was 97.56%(40/41),which was higherthan 75.61%(31/41)of group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Fat removal(small incision)combined with thread embedding(continuous)minimally invasive double eyelid surgery is effective in treating patients with asymmetric double eyelid,which could effectively improve the inflammatory factors and pain media levels,optimize perioperative indicators,and reduce the risk of complications,improve beauty satisfaction.
