摘要 趋化因子是一类结构相似的小分子分泌蛋白,参与细胞迁移、增殖、炎症等生理和病理过程,最近一系列研究发现趋化因子在炎性疼痛调控中也发挥着重要作用。本文就近年来趋化因子在炎性疼痛中的表达和作用的相关研究进展进行综述,旨在明确这些趋化因子介导炎性疼痛的机制,为炎性疼痛的治疗提供理论依据、新药研发寻求靶点。 Chemokines are small secretory proteins with similar structure,which are involved in physiological and pathological processes such as cell migration,proliferation and inflammation.A series of recent studies have found that chemokines also play an important role in the regulation of inflammatory pain.In this paper,the expression and role of chemokines in inflammatory pain in recent years were reviewed,aiming to clarify the mechanism of these chemokines mediating inflammatory pain,and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of inflammatory pain and seek new targets for drug development.
