慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺康复治疗现状及进展研究

Current status and research progress of pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

随着环境质量以及人们生活习惯的改变,慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的发病率越来越高,其属于一种破坏性的肺部疾病,以不完全可逆的持续性气流受限为特征,通常气流受限呈进行性发展,与肺对有害颗粒或者气道的异常炎症反应密切有关,该病具有较高的病死率,已成为我国疾病致死的重要病因之一,病情持续发展会影响患者的生活质量和运动耐力。目前药物治疗是COPD的常见治疗方式,是治疗COPD的基本措施,单纯的药物治疗难以帮助患者恢复肺部功能,而肺康复是COPD非药物治疗的方法,药物治疗难以逆转肺功能损害,但肺康复治疗可以延缓肺功能损害的进展,缓解患者的呼吸困难症状,提高其日常生活和自理能力,改善生存质量,降低致残率及致死率等,由此可见,药物治疗结合肺康复治疗对于治疗COPD具有一定的研究意义。

With the change of environmental quality and people’s living habits,the incidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is increasing.It belongs to a kind of destructive lung disease,which characterized by incomplete reversible persistent airflow limitation.Usually,airflow restriction presents progressive development,which is closely related to abnormal inflammatory response of lung to harmful particles or airway.The disease has a high mortality rate and has become one of the important causes of death from diseases in China.The continuous development of the disease will affect the quality of life and sports endurance of patients.Currently drug therapy is a common treatment for COPD,and is the basic measures for the treatment of COPD,however,single drug therapy is hard to help recovery of lung functionfor patients,and pulmonary rehabilitation is non-drug treatment for COPD.Pulmonary function damage is irreversible bydrug therapy,but pulmonary rehabilitation therapy could delay the progress of the lung function damage,relieve the patient’s breathing difficulties,and improve their daily life and self-care ability,improve the quality of life,reduce the rate of disability and mortality,etc..It can be seen that drug therapy combined with pulmonary rehabilitation therapy for the treatment of COPD has a certain research significance.
