摘要
目的探究童趣式家属参与式健康教育在腹腔镜小儿疝气修补术围手术期的应用效果观察。方法选择2018年5月—2020年5月本院收治的腹腔镜下疝气修补术治疗的86例患儿为研究对象,将患儿随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各43例。对照组实施常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施童趣式家属参与式健康教育干预。观察并比较实施干预前后两组患儿围手术期焦虑、抑郁状况、术后疼痛程度、以及术后相关指标改善时间。结果干预前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 h疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后12 h、24 h、48 h疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛消失时间、腹胀消失时间、肛门排气时间以及术后下床活动时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜疝气修补术患儿围手术期实施童趣式家属参与式健康教育助于消除患儿焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低术后疼痛程度,提高术后康复效果,值得临床借鉴与推广。
Objective To explore the effect of childlike family participation type health education in laparoscopic pediatric hernia repair during the perioperative period.Methods A total of 86 children who received laparoscopic hernia repair during May 2018 and May 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43)by random number table method.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given childlike family participation type health education intervention based on the control group.Perioperative anxiety,depression,postoperative pain,and improvement time of postoperative related indicators were observed and compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Perioperative anxiety,depression,postoperative pain,and improvement time of postoperative related indicators were observed and compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in 1 h postoperative pain score between the two groups(P>0.05),but the 12 h,24 h and 48 h postoperative pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain disappearance time,abdominal distension disappearance time,anal exhaust time and postoperative out-off-bed activity time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of childlike family participation type health education in children underwent laparoscopic hernia repair during the perioperative period could help eliminate anxiety and depression emotions,reduce postoperative pain,and improve postoperative rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
