南方地区某地下室底板裂缝修复的分析与应用

Analysis and application of a basement floor crack repair in Southern Region

我国南方地区,混凝土浇捣不密实、配比不合理及养护不到位等导致地下室混凝土开裂,尤其是底板混凝土开裂,在雨季往往造成底板渗水和溢水,对混凝土结构的耐久性及生产生活产生较大影响。本文主要通过对福州某城市广场地下室底板出现的各种裂缝的状况进行状态及原因分析,并针对不同情况给出相应的解决方案,提出了较为完善的裂缝修复方案及施工工艺流程,可作为南方地区地下室裂缝修复类似工程参考。

In the south of China,the poor dense of concrete,the unreasonable proportion or improper maintenance is not in place,often lead to the cracking of basement concrete,especially the cracking of floor concrete.In the rainy season,it often causes water seepage and overflow of floor,which has a great impact on the durability of concrete structure,production and life.The status and causes of various cracks in the basement floor of a city square in Fuzhou is mainly analyzed in this paper,corresponding solutions for different situations are given,and a relatively perfect crack repair scheme and construction process is put forward,which can be used as a reference for similar projects of basement crack repair in southern China.
