矩形顶管弃壳技术施工应用及工艺改进研究

Study on Construction Application and Process Improvement of Rectangular Pipe Jacking Shell Abandonment Technology

在地铁车站后期建设的出入口通道施工过程中常会面临车站主体结构预留空间不足,同时工期紧迫,不得不采用矩形顶管弃壳技术作业。本文以某一工程为例通过对顶管弃壳工艺技术的改进,不仅顺利完成了工程任务,同时又避免了已预制顶管管节的浪费,可为后续类似情况的项目施工提供一定的借鉴参考。

During the construction of the entrance and exit channel of the later construction of the subway station,it is often faced with the lack of reserved space for the main structure of the station and the urgent construction period,so the rectangular pipe jacking and shell discarding technology has to be used.In this paper,through the improvement of the pipe jacking and shell discarding technology,the engineering task is not only successfully completed,but also the waste of the prefabricated pipe jacking section is avoided,it can provide some reference for the subsequent project construction under similar conditions.
