Building the Quality Management Platform of Specialized Nursing Based on Information Technology

随着医疗信息化技术的不断发展,迫切需要建立一套高效、实用的专科护理质量管理平台软件,以便为医院管理者提供更为及时、准确、全面的数据分析服务,有效地保障医疗安全。文章就开展分析专科护理质量管理面临的问题,通过利用信息化手段来构建新一代的专科护理质量管理平台。并采用专科护理数据采集、数据管理系统、查询统计系统、辅助决策、人员工作手册、满意度调查与统计、档案管理等手段更好地为医院改进专科护理质量提供有力的技术支持,提高护理工作效率和质量水平,为进一步提升专科护理管理水平打下良好的基础。

With the continuous development of medical information technology,there is an urgent need to establish a set of efficient and practical specialized nursing quality management platform software,in order to provide hospital managers with more timely,accurate and comprehensive data analysis services,and effectively guarantee the medical safety.This paper analyzes the problems faced by the quality management of specialized nursing,and constructs a new generation of specialized nursing quality management platform through the use of information technology.And from the specialist nursing data collection,data management system,query statistics system,auxiliary decision-making,staff handbook,satisfaction survey and statistics,file management and other means to better provide strong technical support for the hospital to improve the quality of specialist nursing,improve the efficiency and quality level of nursing work,and lay a good foundation for further improving the level of specialist nursing management.
